Fasting can help address a long list of physical and mental conditions. Fasting initiates the body`s own healing mechanisms and almost all ailments show improvement. Daily, up to 65% of our body’s energy is used for digestion – when we fast, we free up significant energy to heal. 

Since 70% of our immune system is within our gut, fasting also provides an opportunity to boost our immune system as our gut is put to rest and allowed to heal, to reset.

When not digesting food, our bodies free up energy to detox and repair cells, tissues and organs. It especially boosts our own stem cells. We are able to reduce the influence of accumulated toxins from the exterior environment and our own metabolic wastes.
